Community is the most important aspect of any project, which a lot of founders/projects seem to forget.. but not us! We are all about giving back, creating value and just creating some good fucking vibes! Who is part of the GM cult and reply guys!
We aim to be the most active & engaging project on Arbitrum, the 'shitposter' of projects if you like, and we will always encourage our community to be as active as us. Here is what you can expect post launch...
We will host plenty of giveaways, just for simply being in a good mood! But not your usual giveaways... We will have community members of the week, for things like 'most engaged', 'good deeds of the week', awards weekly for members who we feel are bringing good vibes to us and the space! Also, who wouldn't love a good meme competition!
Job enrichment & people growth! We are new to this, and so are many others and we should encourage new people to enter the space, learn new skills and grow if we want the NFT space to continue growing! That is why, we will run a job enrichment scheme for new people looking to get a break in the NFT job market, whether that be moderators, community managers, artists & alpha hunters! We will be looking to hire more members to our team post launch and we are looking for people looking to break into the NFT job market, no experience just eager, willing and committed people whom spread good vibes! We wont always have open places on our team, but we will also look to work closely with other projects that follow our beliefs in order to help people get work in this space!
We will ALWAYS take on constructive feedback, and always listen to our holders & community - any feedback we execute will be rewarded, if it creates good vibes - rewarded! If a member of our community comes up with an idea that we pursue that adds value, we will look to hire this person to help us with initiating and sustaining this new idea and will be offered a chance to become a member of the team!
We will back DAO's, for example if a holder looks to create a DAO for a rare trait, we will use some of our personal & community funds to assist in the growth of their DAO - instantly making them a part of our family!
The most important one of all! Mental health, we appreciate this is perhaps a sticky topic, and is a growing concern especially with men. We will look to bridge this gap, as people who are so devoted to NFT's it can be easy to lose who you really are.. Therefore, we have opened up a channel in our discord specifically for people who want to have a chat about their problems, who knows, maybe someone else is feeling the same way! Going forward as we look to grow, we will introduce more into our mental health initiative, if you have any suggestions please hit us up!
